Ultra-Low Reflectivity Coatings


In recent years, with the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, related electronic technology products have been widely used in daily life, especially the anti-reflection demand for optical displays and related protective panels will increase significantly. In order to meet the needs of different fields, CHEM-MAT has developed different specifications of anti-reflectivity coating to match with bottom hard coating, which can provide customers with different reflectivity and physical property requirements in the visible light band.

Average reflectance: ≦0.5~1.5 % (Based on different substrates)

Scratch resistance (SW#0000, 2X2cm): 1Kg > 1500 times, 500g > 500 times (Based on different substrates)

Dynamic friction coefficient (μd): < 0.2

Water contact angle: ≧110∘

 


Newly developed products use a wet process in which a film is coated on a substrate, dried, cured, and then formed into a film. The production lead time of the wet process is short, the productivity is good and easy to operate, it can be used on various substrates, and the process cost is lower than that of the dry coating process.
